Collection of political posters mainly from the years of the democratic transition and first elections. The collection comes from the Centre de Documentació de la Comunicació (CEDOC), attached to the Communication Library and General Newspaper Archives of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and also from Josep Vinyals’ personal collection. The posters reflect the political activity in the mentioned period: election campaigns at local, autonomy, Spanish and European level as well as political parties and trade unions publicity. There is also a remarkable set of posters from different countries worldwide such as Italy, Chile, France, Portugal, Greece and the Soviet Union.
