Resum:	El cuarto discurso del libro primero del Zaratustra de Nietzsche está dedicado a criticar a los que desprecian el cuerpo mediante el concepto de una «gran razón». El presente artículo es un comentario e interpretación de este concepto nietzscheano que en realidad se identifica con el cuerpo mismo. El cuerpo es concebido por Nietzsche desde el modelo del artista creador, el genio, y la «gran razón» se lee como un concepto estético que justifica al tiempo su función organizadora, unificadora, y su carácter plural, su multiplicidad, así como su carácter al tiempo individual y comunitario.
Resum:	Zarathustra's fourth discourse of the first part is a critique of those who designate as «despisers of the body». With this critical aim Nietzsche introduces the concept of a «big reason». This paper offers a commentary and an interpretation of this concept that Nietzsche self identifies with the body. The body is understand by Nietzsche in analogy with the artistic genius, and the «big reason» is read as an aesthetic concept which justifies both its organisatorial, unifying function and its plural condition, its multiplicity. Such an aesthetical interpretation justifies also the fact that the «great reason» shows a twofold dimension, individual and communitarian.
