Abstract:	En la actualidad, la televisión produce programas híbridos que combinan el discurso informativo, persuasivo y de entretenimiento. El peso específico de cada discurso varía en los tres niveles estructurales del mensaje de masas: nivel intencional (objetivos), estructural (contenido) y superestructural (expresivo). Esto es fruto del proceso experimentado por la televisión a raíz de la revolución tecnológica y los cambios sociales. En este artículo se plantean los principios comunicativos por los que se organiza la información en los tres niveles estructurales de los programas para integrar los tres tipos discursivos. A diferencia de propuestas descriptivas y/o críticas, se apunta a una línea de investigación de los géneros televisivos desde el funcionalismo sistémico y el análisis textual. A través de ejemplos extremos de dominancia de diferentes discursos en los niveles estructurales, el modelo consigue explicar los procesos de hibridación, formula las preguntas de investigación adecuadas, y señala los principios estructurales para futuras variables de estudio.
Abstract:	Today, television programs produce hybrids that combine the informative, persuasive and entertainment discourse. The specific weight of each discourse varies in the three structural levels of the mass message: intentional level(objectives), structural (content) and super-structural (expressive). This is the result of the process experienced by the television because of the technological revolution and social change. In this paper we propose the communication principles by which information is organized in the three structural levels of the programs to integrate the three types of discourse. Unlike traditional descriptive and/or critical approaches, we focus on television genres studies from the systemic functionalism and textual analysis perspective. Through extreme examples of the dominance of different discourses in the structural levels, the model explains the processes of hybridization, posts accurate research questions and points out the structural principles for future variables of study.
