Abstract:	The objective was to study the impact of service charters for employees in the sport department of the association of municipalities in Extremadura. 114 sports activities promoters and 29 managers participated. Users, degree of difficulty in drawing them up, implementation and usefulness of the service charters were analysed; as well as the correlation between employees' opinions concerning the elements and purposes quality actions should focus on, and what is stated in these charters. The results reflect a relative alignment in the opinion of employees with each other, but a high divergence with the profile of indicators that are reflected in the service charters. The usefulness of the document is highly valued, whereas the benefit for users, difficulty in drawing it up, and implementation is medium.
