Repensando a sua importancia como modelo literário ideal de sua época, trazemos neste artigo uma traduçao prosificada da narrativa inglesa - originalmente em verso - buscando difundi-la nao apenas entre os estudiosos do meio académico, mas também entre os demais leitores e interesados. |

Transcribed in the 13th Century, King Horn is considered the oldest Middle English romance. Regarding its importance as a literary model of its time, we present, in this article, a prose translation of the romance - which is originally in verse - thus, attempting to enlarge its recognition among the scholars and the general public. |
