Abstract:	En este artículo se analizan las consecuencias que se derivan de la terminación de la ultraactividad respecto a los derechos y obligaciones contenido en el convenio. El artículo, tomando como referente la sentencia de 22 de diciembre, efectúa un estudio crítico y propone elementos interpretativos alternativos.
Abstract:	This article analyze the consequences of the termination of the extended validity in the new article 86. 3 of the Workers' Statute regarding the rights and obligations contained in the collective agreement. The article, taking as reference the judgment of the Supreme Court December 22, 2014, performs a critical study and proposes alternative interpretive elements.
