Abstract:	O objetivo desse artigo é realizar uma discussão acerca do conceito de líquido, a partir do obra de Zygmunt Bauman sendo o debate realizado a partir de três eixos de análise: a ordem, a incerteza e a insatisfação. Vê-se uma nova configuração de homem neste cenário liquefeito, marcado pela modificação e ampliação da noção de tempo e espaço, elegendo o consumo como parâmetro societário em vista da perda de referência das instituições sociais enquanto esfera organizadora e norteadora da vida, o que desafia o indivíduo a sobreviver em meio a toda instabilidade que isto representa. Assim, o termo empregado visa demonstrar a existência de uma nova relação do homem com o mundo, marcada pela instabilidade identitária, a fragilização vincular e o estabelecimento de relações mediadas pela sensação de medo. Conclui-se que o conceito investigado não se configura como uma quebra total das premissas da modernidade, mas sim, sua radicalização.
Abstract:	The purpose of this article is discuss the concept of liquid from the work of Zygmunt Bauman. Therefore, a debate was held from three analysis axes: the order, uncertainty and dissatisfaction. It's seen a new man setting in this liquefied scenario, marked by the modification and extension of the notion of time and space electing the consumption as society parameter in view of the loss of reference of social institutions while organizing and guiding sphere of life, which challenges the individual to survive in the middle of the instability that all of this represent. Thus, the term employee seeks to demonstrate the existence of a new relationship between man and the world, marked by identity instability, the weakening link and establishing relationships mediated by sense of fear. It concludes that the concept investigated is not configured as a complete breakdown of the assumptions of modernity, but rather, its radicalization.
