Abstract:	Following Beurling's ideas concerning sampling and interpolation in the Paley-Wiener space L∞τ , we find necessary and sufficient density conditions for sets of sampling and interpolation in the Paley-Wiener spaces Lp τ for 0 < p ≤ 1.
