En este trabajo se presenta una reflexión interpretativa de los supuestos teóricos del testimonio y sus implicaciones en el trabajo de la memoria y de la justicia. Se cuestiona aquí las razones que llevan a los investigadores sociales a tomar interés en un cierto tipo de testimonio que narran hechos de violencia, dejando de lado otros que bien podrían ayudar a comprender la complejidad de la realidad analizada. |

This paper presents an interpretive reflection about the theoretical assumptions of the testimony and its implications in the work of the memory and of the justice. We will discuss the reasons that lead the social researchers to take an interest in a certain type of testimony that narrates facts of violence, leaving aside others who well might help to understand the complexity of the analyzed reality. |
