L'assignatura es programa al 5è curs de Medicina quan ja es té un coneixement mèdic adequat i forma part de les assignatures obligatòries. Els objectius són adquirir unes competències mínimes que permetin comprendre i conèixer la utilització dels coneixements mèdics en altres camps professionals com és el dret i la seva 1 i conèixer la utilització dels coneixements mèdics en altres camps professionals com és el dret i la seva aplicació pràctica al servei de l'administració de justícia. D'aquesta forma els coneixements adquirits permeten comprendre els efectes de la violència sobre el cos, en les seves diverses formes, la necessitat de comunicació d'aquesta violència als jutjats, les conseqüències sobre el lesionat i el cadàver. Així mateix coneix de l'aportació de les ciències mèdiques al cos doctrinal del dret, les normes que regulen la pràctica mèdica diària, l'organització sanitària i les conseqüències dels defectes d'aquestes normes, és a dir els principis bàsics de la normopraxi o si no la malpraxis. A nivell de Toxicologia, els objectius són conèixer el perfil epidemiològic actual de les intoxicacions agudes a urgències i l'epidemiologia de les intoxicacions greus que requereixen ingrés a la UCI. Coneixer el funcionament del laboratori de toxicologia clínica. Saber realitzar un diagnòstic general de les intoxicacions, podent aplicar conceptes fonamentals de toxicocinètica i conèixer els antídots, les tècniques de descontaminació digestiva i depuració extracorpòries. S'impartiran coneixements sobre intoxicacions medicamentoses, no medicamentoses i per drogues d'abús. Aquesta assignatura es complementa amb l'assignatura de Bioètica i comunicació . |

La asignatura se programa en el 5º curso de Medicina cuando ya se tiene un conocimiento médico adecuado y forma parte de las asignaturas obligatorias. Los objetivos son adquirir unas competencias mínimas que permitan comprender y conocer la utilización de los conocimientos médicos en otros campos profesionales 1 permitan comprender y conocer la utilización de los conocimientos médicos en otros campos profesionales como el derecho y su aplicación práctica al servicio de la administración de justicia. De esta forma los conocimientos adquiridos permiten comprender los efectos de la violencia sobre el cuerpo, en sus diversas formas, la necesidad de comunicación de esa violencia en los juzgados, las consecuencias sobre la víctima y el cadáver. Asimismo conoce de la aportación de las ciencias médicas al cuerpo doctrinal del derecho, las normas que regulan la práctica médica diaria, la organización sanitaria y las consecuencias de los defectos de estas normas, es decir, los principios básicos de la normopraxis. . A nivel de Toxicología, los objetivos son conocer el perfil epidemiológico actual de las intoxicaciones agudas en urgencias y de las intoxicaciones graves que requieren ingreso en la UCI. Conocer el funcionamiento del laboratorio de toxicología clínica. Saber realizar un diagnóstico general de las intoxicaciones, pudiendo aplicar conceptos fundamentales de toxicocinética y conocer los antídotos, técnicas de descontaminación digestiva y depuración extracorpóreas. Se impartirán conocimientos sobre intoxicaciones medicamentosas, no medicamentosas y por drogas de abuso. Esta asignatura se complementa con la asignatura de Bioética y comunicación. |
