Sincronització entre activitats d'aprenentatge i els recursos per a dur-les a terme

Resum:	Amb la introducció de les metodologies docents basades en el treball de l'alumne s'han hagut d'adaptar les guies docents de les assignatures. En les titulacions d'Enginyeria Informàtica i d'Enginyeria Tècnica Informàtica, han d'incloure els objectius, les competències, el temari i el sistema d'avaluació. A més, s'ha de complementar aquesta informació amb d'altres com la càrrega de treball de cada activitat, el calendari de les activitats presencials, els professors i referències als materials que es posen a disposició dels alumnes. El treball que s'ha dut a terme és la d'aprofitar les guies docents per elaborar agendes de les activitats que han de dur a terme els alumnes. Les agendes han de facilitar el seguiment d'una assignatura per part de l'alumne i també servir-li d'ajuda per organitzar-se el temps. Els continguts de les guies docents es classifiquen entre aquells que són relatius a la docència i l'aprenentatge i aquells que tenen a veure amb els recursos (professors, espais i horaris, materials, etcètera). Així, es presenta una manera de sincronitzar les activitats amb els recursos per obtenir una agenda d'activitats per al curs corresponent. Durant el primer semestre d'aquest curs, l'agenda d'activitats presencials s'ha fet servir a l'assignatura de Fonaments de computadors de l'Enginyeria Tècnica Informàtica. Aprofitant aquesta experiència, s'ha desenvolupat un programari per poder sincronitzar les activitats de les guies docents amb els recursos que es posen a disposició d'una assignatura en un determinat curs. S'espera que, per al proper semestre, cada alumne pugui disposar d'una agenda individualitzada d'activitats presencials d'una assignatura.
Resum:	With the introduction of educational methodologies focused on the students' work the educational guides of the subjects have had to be adapted. In the Computer Engineering and Technical Computer Engineering studies, they have to include the goals, the competences, the syllabus and the system of evaluation. Moreover, this information has to be complemented with other like the workload of each activity, the calendar of the presential activities, the teachers and references to the materials that they put on at the disposal of the pupils. The work that has been done consists of using the educational guides for elaborating agendas of the activities that students have to carry out. These agendas have to facilitate the follow-up of a subject on the part of the pupil and also to serve him/her to self-organize his/her time. The contents of the educational guides classify among those that are related to the teaching and the learning and those that have with the resources (teachers, spaces and timetables, materials, et cetera) to do. Thus, a way to synchronize the activities with the resources for obtaining an agenda of activities for the corresponding course is presented. During the first semester of the 06/07 year, the agenda of presential activities has been used Computer Science in the subject of Computer Foundations of the Technical Engineering. Using this experience, a software has been developed for being able to synchronize the activities of the educational guides with the resources that they put on at the disposal of a subject in a determinate course. It is expected that, for the next semester, each pupil can have an agenda individualized of presential activities of a subject.
