El procedimiento general consistió en la creación de dicho curso con un diseño instruccional apto para la modalidad en línea, su diseño en un portal educativo o campus y su aplicación a usuarios de instituciones financieras que decidieron tomarlo con el fin de obtener su certificación para comercializar seguros de riesgo individuales de personas y de daños. This paper shows the results of the implementation of online training and its effect on the certification of insurance agents to the National Commission of Insurance and Finance in México, specifically the course Schedule A (authorization to individuals to market individual risk insurance people and damage), provided at the campus IntelifinMR and how it allows participants to study independently and self-directed for a verifiable learning. The general procedure involved the creation of the course with an instructional design suitable for the online training, the design in an educational portal or virtual campus and its application to users of financial institutions that completed the course to get certified to sell individual risk insurance of persons and damage.
