Què són i com es concreten els drets culturals? Quina presència han tingut en les polítiques culturals a Catalunya? Com podem desenvolupar una mirada crítica i alhora útil per a l'acció a l'entorn d'aquest tema? Aquest text aprofundeix en aquestes preguntes, sense la pretensió d'esgotar el debat i amb la voluntat de fer una aportació rellevant a una qüestió tan complexa com central en les polítiques culturals. ¿Qué son y cómo se concretan los derechos culturales? ¿Qué presencia han tenido en las políticas culturales en Cataluña? ¿Cómo podemos desarrollar una mirada crítica y a la vez útil para la acción en torno a este tema? Este texto profundiza en estas preguntas, sin la pretensión de agotar el debate y con la voluntad de realizar una aportación relevante a una cuestión tan compleja como central en las políticas culturales. What are cultural rights and how are they defined? How have they been taken into account in cultural policies in Catalonia? How can we develop a critical but useful approach to action regarding these rights? This paper attempts to make a significant contribution to these complex but key questions of cultural policies, without pretending to be exhaustive.
