The article aims to contribute to the debate on irregular employment in Spain, by addressing bogus self-employment and bogus internships forms. Drawing from an institutional approach, it analyses the influence that three fields have on these labour frauds, derived from managerial approaches aiming to obtain competitive advantageous: two state fields associated to the regulation and the enforcement of the regulation, articulated through the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate (ITSS); and the industrial relations field which, in Spain, strongly depends on the state and the legislation. El artículo pretende contribuir al debate sobre el empleo irregular en España, a través del análisis de las figuras del falso autónomo y el falso becario. La negociación colectiva puede tener un papel en la mejora de la productividad laboral a través de diferentes mecanismos. Siendo la variable sectorial clave para entender las dinámicas de las relaciones laborales, se plantea en este artículo un análisis de cuatro sectores de la economía española para observar de qué manera la productividad puede ser resultado de la negociación colectiva.
La negociació col·lectiva pot tenir un paper en la millora de la productivitat laboral a través de diferents mecanismes. Sent la variable sectorial clau per entendre les dinàmiques de les relacions laborals, es planteja en aquest article una anàlisi de quatre sectors de l'economia espanyola per observar de quina manera la productivitat pot esdevenir un resultat de la negociació col·lectiva.
Collective bargaining can play a role improving labor productivity through different mechanisms. Being the sectorial variable key to understand the dynamics of industrial relations, this article proposes an analysis of four sectors of the Spanish economy to observe how productivity can be the result of collective bargaining.

After a cautious round of minimum wage setting for 2021, nominal rates rose significantly for 2022 as the negative consequences of the pandemic eased and economies and labour markets improved. In this context, 20 of the 21 EU Member States with statutory minimum wages raised their rates. [...]
