El storydoing como estrategia publicitaria innovadora en la sociedad red

Este artículo recoge un cambio en un modelo de comunicación en publicidad basado en la evolución del storytelling al storydoing en aras de acercarse a las necesidades del consumidor digital. Si bien el storytelling involucra al. espectador a través de intangibles como la emoción y la empatía a través de elementos narrativos, el storydoing lo hace a través de acciones que la misma marca propone. En. suma, un punto de inflexión en la narrativa publicitaria con el que mantener un diálogo con una audiencia comprometida con el planeta. Esto es, un modelo fundamentado en un relato que va más allá de la ambición comercial y cuya estrategia reside en acciones de marca que involucran a usuarios de redes sociales digitales, convirtiéndolos, a su vez, en cocreadores del relato de marca. This article highlights a change in an advertising communication model which is based on the evolution from storytelling to storydoing in order to get closer to the needs of the digital consumer. While storytelling involves the viewer through intangibles such as emotion and empathy. that have narrative elements, storydoing does so through actions that the brand itself puts forward. In short, there is a noticeable turning point in the advertising narrative which seeks to maintain a dialogue with an audience. committed to the planet. In other words, a model is being used that creates a story which goes beyond commercial ambition and whose strategy resides in brand actions that involve users of digital social networks, turning them into. co-creators of the brands story.
