ComSET, Sound, Strategic and Transparency Communication, arises from synergies between three research group from UAB: Radio Advertising and Communication Research (Publiradio), Business and Institutional Communication Research (DCEI), and the Laboratory of Journalism and Communication ). The ComSET develops its scientific work in organizations communications field, but it put special attention in how they use sound tools to reach audiences more active and with changing consumption habits. To do that, COMSET puts special attention in the creativity as a strategic element. Nowadays, organizations are looking to expand touchpoints with their stakeholders. So, they use intangibles values and digital narratives to create new contents and formats.
Among ComSEt main assets, it has the Audiobranding Observatory , which focuses on sound strategies for branding, and the Infoparticipa Seal , which rewards the transparency and quality of information from public administrations. The main topics where ComSET are working: |
