L’Institut d’Investigació i Innovació Parc Taulí (I3PT) és el resultat de la integració de l’excel·lència en el coneixement i la capacitat innovadora i de millora dels grups de recerca, integrats en les línees de recerca i pertanyents a les entitats constituents de l’Institut: Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí, Fundació Parc Taulí, UDIAT Centre de Diagnòstic, Sabadell Gent Gran Centre de Serveis i Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona

L’I3PT organitza la seva recerca en 7 àrees de coneixement: Càncer, salut mental i neurociències, metabolisme i digestiu, malalties minoritàries, epidemiologia, millora assistencial i cronicitat, infeccions i immunologia, i cirurgia i procediments intervencionistes. Aquestes estan prioritzades en base a les necessitats de salut de la població, les capacitats d’R+D+I dels grups i les prioritats dels programes marc de recerca i innovació, i una àrea transversal, on destaca la transformació digital i la cronicitat i envelliment.

memory and executive functions, and higher cortisol levels during the day were associated with poorer processing speed. Trait anxiety was a moderator of visual memory and executive functioning. These results suggest that subtle abnormalities in the HPA axis and higher trait anxiety contribute to the relationship between lower sleep quality and poorer cognitive functioning in healthy individuals.
