Subject:        Cet article explore le concept de vieillissement des traductions à partir des cinq versions «complètes» de Don Quichotte, de Cervantes, en catalan, publiées entre 1882 et 2005. Les traductions sont celles d’Eduard Tàmaro, d’Antoni Bulbena, d’Ildefons Rullan, de Joaquim Civera et de Josep Maria Casasayas, ainsi que la traduction perdue de Francesc Martínez. Dès leur publication toutes ces traductions, pour une raison ou une autre, étaient déjà «anachroniques».This article explores the concept of the «ageing» of translations, by analysing five “full” translations of Cervantes’s Don Quixote into Catalan published between 1882 and 2005. The translations included were those by Eduard Tàmaro, Antoni Bulbena, Ildefons Rullan, Joaquim Civera and Josep Maria Casasayas, as well as Francesc Martínez’s lost translation. For one reason or another, all the translations were already «anachronistic» as soon as they were published.Este artículo explora el concepto del «envejecimiento» de las traducciones a partir de las cinco versiones «completas» del Quijote, de Cervantes, al catalán, publicadas entre 1882 y 2005, obra de Eduard Tàmaro, Antoni Bulbena, Ildefons Rullan, Joaquim Civera y Josep M. Casasayas, a las que hay que añadir la perdida de Francesc Martínez. Por una razón u otra, en el mismo momento de aparecer todas resultaban «anacrónicas».
