The CoResolve Participative Leadership Program is targeted at people who are in a leadership position. It is designed to develop and enhance individuals leadership knowledge & capacity. It covers the basic Deep Democracy methodology , skills tools and diagnostics from a leadership perspective and context. It will provide participants with the know-how and skill to collaboratively make decisions, understand relationships and group dynamics and resolve tension. All participants will have access to a custom-designed web-based platform that support the program. This platform allows participants access to the learning material, exercises, discussion groups and the ability to connect to other participants internationally. Corporate entities can buy-in to aspects of the program.
Prerequisite: None
Designed for: A leader is identified as anyone driving a process to achieve an objective. Whether you are an executive, processional, manager, teacher, consultant, community worker or a student leading a project or driving a process, you gain from this program.
