    Resum

This investigation takes care of one of the stages forgotten the contemporary history of Barcelona, Liberal Triennium 18120-1823, from social a political perspective. The reconstruction of elites political liberal has been based on the study of the multiple centers of sociability: electoral, institutional, political, educative and the revolutionary organs. The comparison of the lists of citizens who participated in these centers of sociability, has given like result the identification of four hundred citizens who grouped themselves to the surroundings of the raised liberal movement. The study of its practices and political speeches has formed the identity of this political movement. The investigation has put of relief like the partners of the "tertúlia patriòtica de Lacy", political center of the "exaltados" (radical liberalism) movement, gradually replaced elites political moderate in the Barcelonan and Catalan institutions, as of the autumn of 1822.

The "exaltados" occupied the institutions mobilizing to the citizens by means of the vindication to the free exercise of the sovereignty. The liberal revolutionaries were able to move the political legitimacy of the institutions to the street, resorting to a political speech based on the necessity to save the nation of the internal and external enemies. The study of revolutionary liberalism is boarded from four different spaces: the revolutionary political practices; the birth of new forms of political sociability; the formation of a political speech that legitimizes the new customs of the policy; and a new constitutional culture based on the analysis of the reception and the interpretation that the citizens of Barcelona gave the Constitution of 1812. The comparison of the constitutional culture of the Barcelonan Triennium, with which it was forged in Cadiz, during the moment of the promulgation of the Constitution, testifies the interpretative multiplicity of the Spanish Constitution of 1812.
