Selve oscure e foreste inestricabili : dinamiche del sacro e del secolare

Resumen:	Dante Alighieri e Alejandro Jodorowsky - ognuno nel suo tempo e con i linguaggi di questo - si muovono entrambi nella dinamica che si articola fra sacro e profano. Dante costruendo un'architettura perfetta, a cavallo fra numeri e parole, attorno al numero tre e al rigore della metrica, che dovrebbero rendere la perfezione della cosmologia cristiana - prefigurando già il cosmo ordinato da un "Dio orologiaio", come emergerà in seguito. Jodorowsky collaborando con due giganti dell'immagine, Milo Manara e Jean Giraud (Moebius) agendo su due piani: il primo, quello di una storia ampiamente romanzata, costruita attorno alle figure dei componenti della famiglia Borgia, il cui potere si espresse fra il XV e il XVI secolo, agli albori della Modernizzazione, facendo leva proprio sul potere della chiesa cattolica; il secondo, quello di un futuro fantascientifico in cui qualsiasi idea di cosmo - o universo - ordinato e governato matematicamente è accantonata, ma in cui il sacro continua a far capolino. Esplorare l'intreccio dei due piani - sacro e secolare - e la dialettica che ne deriva è lo scopo che mi sono prefisso.
Resumen:	Dante Alighieri and Alejandro Jodorowsky - each using the language of their time - both move in the dynamic that is articulated between the sacred and the profane. Dante building a perfect architecture, between numbers and words, around the number three and the rigor of the metric, which should depict the perfection of Christian cosmology - prefiguring already the cosmos ordered by a "God watchmaker", as will emerge later. Jodorowsky collaborating with two giants of the image, Milo Manara and Jean Giraud (Moebius), acting on two plans: the first, that of a widely fictional story, built around the figures of the Borgia family, whose power was expressed between the XV and XVI centuries, at the dawn of Modernization, relying on the power of the Catholic Church; the second, that of a sci-fi future in which any idea of the cosmos - or universe -ordered and mathematically governed is set aside, but in which the sacred continues to peep. Exploring the interweaving of the two planes - sacred and secular - and the dialectic that derives from it is the purpose I set for myself.
