Abstract:	El ensayo estudia las construcciones televisivas del Gato Dumas, particularmente su última producción: Argentina Genial. Se analiza el programa como una ruptura respecto al género programa televisivo culinario, en relación con una nueva manera de plantear la misma propuesta llevada a cabo por otros exponentes del género, como son Arguiñano y Rodríguez Pardo.
Abstract:	The essay studies the television productions of Gato Dumas, specifcally his program Argentina Genial. The program is seen as a breakthrough with the television genre the culinary program, in conjunction with the proposal carried out by other exponents of the genre, such as Arguiñano and Rodriguez Pardo.
