Resum:	L'article, que se centra bàsicament en l'oratori a Catalunya, analitza les connexions entre aquest gènere religiós i altres gèneres musicals dramaticoteatrals afins. En una primera part es consideren les formes precursores de l'oratori i s'observa, com a element comú, que totes es basen en un text dramàtic en què es desenvolupa una acció a partir d'uns personatges que interactuen entre si. Més endavant es fa observar que un d'aquests antecedents, la Sacra rappresentazione di Anima et di Corpo, representa l'origen comú de l'òpera i l'oratori. Malgrat que una i altre hagin evolucionat en direccions diferents i hagin desenvolupat trets propis, invariablement, ambdues conserven clarament característiques dramàtiques i teatrals. Un cop enumerades i establertes les formes antecedents d'aquest gènere religiós, prenent com a exemple alguns oratoris catalans de la segona meitat del segle xviii, es fixa l'atenció en determinats aspectes d'aquestes composicions que les caracteritzen com a gènere dramàtic.
Resum:	Theatrical elements in the Catalan oratorio of the second half of the 18th century. This article, centered around the oratorio in Catalonia, analyzes the connections between this religious genre and other related dramatic genres. In the first part of the article, the author reviews the precedents of the oratorio, having all in common a dramatic text with a developing action and characters who interact among themselves; one of the precedents, the Sacra rappresentazione di Anima et di Corpo, stands as a common origin for both opera and oratorio. Although these two genres have developed in different directions with their own traits, both maintain dramatic and theatrical characteristics. In the second part, the author, taking as examples several Catalan oratorios from the second half of the 18th century, directs his attention to some aspects of these compositions which characterize them as belonging to a dramatic genre.
