Cet article se penche sur la qualification des percepts en œnologie, à partir de l'approche théorique de Lakoff & Johnson. Il permet de montrer que les extensions d'emplois sémantiques effectuées par analogie ne vont pas nécessairement d'un domaine concret à un domaine abstrait, et que dans le cas de l'œnologie, le vocabulaire consacré emprunte à différents domaines, tout en mettant en œuvre plusieurs types d'analogies, afin de tenir compte de la subjectivité du dégustateur.
This article tells about how to qualify percepts in the field of oenology, from the theoretical approach of Lakoff and Johnson. It allows to show that the use of extended vocabulary by analogy does not necessarily range from concrete to abstract perception and that in the case of oenology the specific vocabulary may be taken from a variety of fields, while implementing many adequate types of analogy so as to take into account the wine-taster's subjectivity.
