L'activitat humana ha provocat un augment de les emissions de compostos de nitrogen. L'ús de col·lectors de pluja basats en resines permetrà un mostreig de la deposició de nitrogen més espaiat en el temps que amb els col·lectors convencionals. [...]
La actividad humana ha provocado un aumento de las emisiones de compuestos de nitrógeno. El uso de colectores de lluvia basados en resinas permitirá un muestreo más espaciado en el tiempo de la deposición de nitrógeno que con colectores convencionales. [...]
Human activity has caused an increase in nitrogen emissions. The use of resin-based rain collectors will allow a less frequent sampling of nitrogen deposition than with conventional collectors. This will enable to extend the deposition monitoring to remote areas, such as mountainous areas, which, on the other hand, are the most sensitive.

Deposition of dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) in both bulk precipitation (BD) and canopy throughfall (TF) has been measured for the first time in the western Mediterranean.
