La información judicial en lo criminal nos permite construir la primera serie anual de causas incoadas por este tipo delictivo en los Juzgados de Primera Instancia e Instrucción, revelando que recurrir a la denuncia en vía judicial fue una pauta recurrente y supletoria en la impugnación del gobierno local durante el tránsito del viejo orden liberal a la nueva política de masas.
