En este trabajo trato cómo durante el reinado de Carlos II la Monarquía Hispánica intentó que, además del servicio de armas habitual (levas y reclutas de tercios), los reinos de la Corona de Aragón levantasen Milicias Generales a la manera de Castilla, pero teniendo en cuenta que su condición de reinos forales obligará a la Monarquía a pactar dicho sevicio.
In this article, the author intends to do an anlysis about how during Charles II's reign, the royal staff tryed to conscript the Crown of Aragon of adding to its own usual serviec of arms (consisting on levy troops and recruiting the soliders so called "tercios"), a General Militia in the Castilian shape, althrough considering that its own condition of foral kingdom obbliged the Monarchy to pact whith the Crown of Aragon the aforesaid service.
