El presente trabajo realiza un estudio sobre la nueva modalidad procesal de tutela de libertad sindical y libertades públicas a través de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social, efectuando un análisis comparativo con la normativa anterior y las consideraciones doctrinales que han llevado a cabo la evolución de esta modalidad.
El present treball realitza un estudi sobre la nova modalitat processal de tutela de llibertat sindical i llibertats públiques a través de la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la Jurisdicció social, efectuant un anàlisis comparatiu amb la normativa anterior y les consideracions doctrinals que han dut a terme l'evolució d'aquesta modalitat.
The present work consists on a research about the new procedural modality of fundamental Rights and public freedoms through the 36/2011 Law, of 10th October, Social regulatory jurisdiction, performing a comparative analysis with the previous legislation and doctrinal considerations which have conducted the evolution of this modality.
