A més s'hi estudien tres tipus de discursos (Administració local, ONG i associacions d'immigrants subsaharians) sobre la població subsahariana, els seus comportaments sociodemogràfics i l'impacte de la crisi econòmica a Lleida, Mataró, Salou, Salt i Vic. In this article, the settlement of the sub-Saharan population in the Catalan territory through an analysis of residential segregation and concentration is examined. In addition to this analysis, three types of institutional discourses (local authorities, NGOs and associations of immigrants) around the sub-Saharan population are studied, as well as its sociodemographic behaviour and the impact of the economic recession in Lleida, Mataró, Salou, Girona and Vic first, the results demonstrate how the average local concentration of Subsaharan populations is persistently greater compared with the rest of non-nationals, thus giving a higher probability of interaction of sub-Saharan populations with the rest of non-nationals. Este artículo examina el asentamiento de la población subsahariana en territorio catalán a través del análisis de la segregación territorial y la concentración residencial. Además, incluye el estudio de tres tipos de discurso: el de la Administración local, el de las ONG y el de las asociaciones de inmigrantes subsaharianos sobre la población subsahariana, sus comportamientos sociodemográficos diferenciales y el impacto de la crisis económica en cinco municipios catalanes: Lleida, Mataró, Salou, Salt y Vic. Dans ce texte, on examine l'établissement de population subsaharienne en Catalogne par l'étude de la ségrégation et de la concentration résidentielle.
