The incorporation of a fragrance in the environment as an advertising element increases the attention, interest, and memorization of the advertising brand and the perception of a pleasant smell improves the image of public transport, as noted by the Smell-Ad study, based on 400 surveys, conducted among passengers exposed to the aroma, experimental group and non-exposed passengers to the aroma, control group.
