For a hyperbolic knot and a natural number n, we consider the Alexander polynomial twisted by the n-th symmetric power of a lift of the holonomy. The aim of this paper is to give an explicit formula for the SL2(C)-twisted Reidemeister torsion as defined in [6] in the case of twist knots.
