En el siguiente artículo se estudia el aumento de la infecundidad en el contexto del descenso histórico de la fecundidad total, en un intento de demostrar que los cambios en el comportamiento reproductivo más reciente (asociados según algunos autores a la llamada Segunda Transición Demográfica) se limitan a la decisión del primer hijo, pero no una vez ya se tiene uno (descendencia final del total de mujeres y de mujeres con al menos un hijo). En el text, s'estudia l'augment de la infecunditat en el context del descens històric de la fecunditat total, en un intent de demostrar que els canvis en el comportament reproductiu més recent (associats segons alguns autors a l'anomenada Segona Transició Demogràfica) es limiten a la desició del primer fill, però no una vegada ja s'ha tingut (descendència final del total de dones i de dones amb almenys un fill). In the following article the increase of the infertility is studied in the context of the historical decrease of the total fecundity, in an attempt of demonstrating that the changes in the most recent reproductive behavior (according to some authors to the Second Demographic Transition) limit themselves to the decision of the first son, but not once already there is had one (final descent of the whole of womens and of womens with at least a son).
