We present a measurement of direct photon pair production cross sections using 4. 2 fb of data collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron p over(p, ̄) Collider. We measure single differential cross sections as a function of the diphoton mass, the transverse momentum of the diphoton system, the azimuthal angle between the photons, and the polar scattering angle of the photons. We present a measurement of the differential cross section for tt events produced in pp collisions at √s=1. 96 TeV as a function of the transverse momentum (pT) of the top quark. The selected events contain a high-pT lepton (γ), a large imbalance in pT, four or more jets with at least one candidate for a b jet, and correspond to 1 fb of integrated luminosity recorded with the D0 detector.
