En aquest treball, hem estudiat la motilitat de les cèl·lules de M. genitalium i hem desenvolupat un mètode que ens ha permès aïllar trenta mutants deficients en motilitat d'aquest microorganisme. [...]
In this work, we analyzed the motility of Mycoplasma genitalium and we developed a straightforward procedure to isolate gliding deficient mutants of this microorganism. Characterization of the thirty mutants isolated, allowed us to identify five genes that are required for locomations.
