In this paper, we propose a description of the Rashba-Dresselhaus effect in Hybrid Organic Perovskite (HOP). We show how the loss of the inversion symmetry leads to the loss of the spin degeneracy. An example of structure where both Rashba and Dresselhaus operate is illustrated with the formamidinium tin iodide CH(NH)SnI. [...]
