El presente artículo trata de determinar qué hay de cierto en el supuesto de que Bernardo Tasso estuvo en Ischia en 1533; se desvela que es un tópico enquistado en la bibliografía sin apoyos en datos contrastables, y a partir de este punto, se investiga en qué fecha o fechas pudo darse esta estancia, partiendo ahora de las referencias poéticas y las menciones que aparecen en varios epistolarios que vinculan al poeta a la corte poética de Ischia.
This article attempts to reveal how much truth there is in the assumption that Bernardo Tasso was in Ischia in 1533; it is clear that this is a subject that has taken hold in the bibliography but is unsubstantiated by contrastable data, and from this point the date or dates on which this visit may have taken place are also investigated, setting out from the poetic references and comments which appear in several epistles linking the poet to the court of Ischia.
