El treball es divideix en dues parts clarament diferenciades i que corresponen a una primera anàlisi general i global el fenomen de el soft law, i que podem denominar com la part general. I una segona part molt més específica i delimitada que incideix en l'anàlisi detallada de la influència de l'soft law en el dret internacional mediambiental.
El trabajo se divide en dos partes claramente diferenciadas y que corresponden a un primer análisis general y global del fenómeno del soft law, y que podemos denominar como la parte general. Y una segunda parte mucho más específica y delimitada que incide en el análisis detallado de la influencia del soft law en el derecho internacional medio ambiental.
The work is divided into two clearly differentiated parts. The first corresponds to a general and global analysis of the soft law phenomenon. The second, and much more specific. affects and analyses the impact of soft law in international environmental law.
