This works proposes to explore the attitudes and positioning of the humorists of the Clarín newspaper (by then the national newspaper with the largest circulation and the only one that had a sectioned entirely devoted to local humour) during the years of the last military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983), aiming at the reconstruction of the existence of a multiplicity of positioning, rather opaque, ambiguous, with ambivalent senses that demonstrate the irreducibility of many of the social behaviours to the binomial consensus-resistance notion, which most of the studies of argentinean recent history use to interpret such period of time.
