Tratamiento de la información y competencia digital : aproximaciones a la propiedad intelectual: potencialidades y derechos / Calzón García, José Antonio
A lo largo del presente artículo se intenta reflexionar, sobre la experiencia de la actividad en el aula en institutos de enseñanza secundaria, acerca de las implicaciones que conlleva la aplicación de la competencia en el tratamiento de la información desde el prisma de la propiedad intelectual, analizando, por un lado, la problemática inherente a ello y, por otro, ilustrando sobre las ventajas y viabilidad del uso de materiales con licencias no-privativas o de dominio público.
Along the present article tries reflect on the experience of the activity in the classroom in secondary schools, about the implications that comports the application of the competence in the treatment of the information from the prism of the intellectual property, analysing, on the one hand, the problematic inherent to this and, by another, illustrating on the advantages and feasibility of the use of materials with free licences or of public command.
