Since 2012, H7N3 highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) has produced negative economic and animal welfare impacts on poultry in central Mexico. Els marcadors biològics, les teràpies adjuvants precoces o els anticossos monoclonals podrien ser estratègies positives per al tractament futur dels pacients amb grip A. En el següent article, els autors expliquen la fisiopatologia d'aquesta infecció, que provoca respostes molt diverses entre els afectats, i aposten per la medicina personalitzada per optimitzar el seu tractament. Los marcadores biológicos, las terapias adyuvantes precoces o los anticuerpos monoclonales podrían ser estrategias positivas para el tratamiento futuro de los pacientes con gripe A. En el siguiente artículo, los autores explican la fisiopatología de esta infección, que provoca respuestas muy diversas entre los afectados, y apuestan por la medicina personalizada para optimizar su tratamiento.
