El creixement de la immigració a Espanya ha potenciat que els jutjats nacionals comptin amb un gran nombre de causes en què es necessita la intervenció dels serveis d'interpretació i traducció. Per tant, el present treball pretén ser un reflex de la realitat de la interpretació judicial, concretament del cas de l'àrab marroquí (darija) en els tribunals penals de Barcelona mitjançant la transcripció d'un judici penal i el seu anàlisi, acompanyats d'una revisió bibliogràfica sobre la interpretació judicial a Espanya i un anàlisi dels problemes i estratègies de traducció trobats a través d'una fitxa terminològica.
The growth of immigration in Spain has promoted that the national courts possess a great number of situations in which the intervention of the services of interpretation and translation is needed. Therefore, the present work tries to reflect the reality of the judiciary interpretation, concretely of the case of the Moroccan Arabic (Darija) in the courts of Barcelona by the transcription of a criminal trial and its analysis, accompanied of a bibliographical review of the judiciary interpretation in Spain and an analysis of the problems and strategies of translation found through a terminological card.
