With this, the paper takes for granted Dworkin's suggestion in the sense that reflexive equilibrium enables the going beyond of legal positivism, and the understanding of the philosophy of law as an interpretative work. En aquest estudi es pretén analitzar la composició social i ideològica dels quatre consistoris municipals que es van formar a la ciutat de Lleida al Trienni Liberal. A l'inici d'aquesta nova etapa històrica ja es va comprovar com els individus (sobretot nobles) que van controlar l'Ajuntament de Lleida al sexenni absolutista posterior a la Guerra del Francés van perdurar, per tant, no es produir cap revolució. En este estudio se pretende analizar la composición social e ideológica de los cuatro consistorios municipales que se formaron a la ciudad de Lleida al Trienio Liberal. Al inicio de esta nueva etapa histórica ya se comprobó como los individuos (sobre todo nobles) que controlaron el Ayuntamiento de Lleida en el sexenio absolutista posterior a la Guerra del Francés perduraron, por lo tanto, no se llevo a termino ninguna revolución. In this study there is tried to analyze the social and ideological composition of all four municipal councils that were formed to Lleida's city to the Liberal Triennium. To the beginning of this new historical stage already it was verified as the individuals (especially noble) that they controlled Lleida's town hall in the absolutist sexeny later to the War of the Frenchman they lasted, therefore, I do not lead to him to term any revolution.
