Giant valley-polarized spin splittings in magnetized Janus Pt dichalcogenides

We reveal giant proximity-induced magnetism and valley-polarization effects in Janus Pt dichalcogenides (such as SPtSe), when bound to the europium oxide (EuO) substrate.
