The detailed molecular characterization of lethal cancers is a prerequisite to understanding resistance to therapy and escape from cancer immunoediting. We performed extensive multi-platform profiling of multi-regional metastases in autopsies from 10 patients with therapy-resistant breast cancer. [...]

Federico García Lorca a través de la música : selección y análisis didáctico de un repertorio musical con hipotexto teatral

T-cell tolerance to self-antigens is established in the thymus through the recognition by developing thymocytes of self-peptide-MHC complexes and induced and maintained in the periphery. Efficient negative selection of auto-reactive T cells in the thymus is dependent on the in situ expression of both ubiquitous and tissue-restricted self-antigens and on the presentation of derived peptides. Secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) enhances host-microbiota symbiosis, whereas SIgM remains poorly understood. We found that gut IgM + plasma cells (PCs) were more abundant in humans than mice and clonally related to a large repertoire of memory IgM + B cells disseminated throughout the intestine but rare in systemic lymphoid organs. Traditionally, language teaching has been grounded on a monolingual bias and the strict separation of languages has been conceived as a requirement to ensure foreign language learning success. However, the flexible use of one's linguistic repertoire, known as translanguaging, has also proven beneficial in EFL settings (vid.
