Con este ensayo pretendemos realizar un ejercicio de memoria histórica, centrándonos en el diseño de los programas de mano cinematográficos realizados en España, entre el final de la guerra civil española y los años sesenta. El presente artículo pretende plantear el análisis del valor metafórico y la estructura narrativa del fairy tale contemporáneo y sus constantes temáticas, aplicado a los personajes infantiles de una selección de películas del cine fantástico de habla hispana bajo el sello de Guillermo del Toro y Juan Antonio Bayona en tanto que directores y/o productores ejecutivos. Para ello, usaremos una metodología de análisis textual narratológico en los siguientes aspectos: estructura, construcción y desarrollo del personaje, la visualización del contexto social y la crisis de las identidades. A pesar de que Lope de Vega y Shakespeare gozaron en vida del favor del público, la fortuna póstuma de los autores ha corrido una suerte muy distinta. En el presente artículo se reflexiona a partir de los resultados ofrecidos por la estadística sobre el impacto que han tenido las adaptaciones cinematográficas de las obras teatrales de los autores a la hora de dar -o no dar- a conocer su legado literario a lo largo del siglo XX y XXI. [...] Both Lope de Vega and Shakespeare enjoyed the favor of the public when they were alive; however, their posthumous fortunes have been very different. In this paper we use a statistical approach to analyse the impact that the cinematographic adaptations of their plays have had in diseminating Lope de Vega and Shakespeare's heritage during the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Tradición y transnacionalidad en el tratamiento de los fantástico en la saga rec de Jaume Balagueró y Paco Plaza

La franquicia Rec, de Jaume Balagueró y Paco Plaza, mantiene una doble naturaleza identitaria: local o tradicional (al vincular el fenómeno zombificador a un imaginario profundamente católico) y transnacional (al recurrir a tendencias del cine de terror moderno norteamericano, como las que tiene que ver con el último cine de zombis producido en el siglo XXI). [...] Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza's Rec franchise displays a dual identity or nature: one local or traditional (linking the zombification phenomenon to a deeply Catholic imaginary) and another transnational (related to the trends of modern American horror, as in the latest zombie cinema produced in the 21st century).
