Incrementar la participación y la cohesión en un «grupo virtual»

En el texto que sigue, pretendemos aproximarnos teóricamente al concepto de organización virtual, centrándonos en el nivel de análisis grupal. Más que sus características definitorias, nos interesarán los procesos que, en este tipo de organizaciones, se dan a nivel grupal, con el fin de decidir si podemos aplicar el conocimiento derivado del estudio de los grupos «cara a cara» a los grupos «en línea» que constituyen las organizaciones virtuales. En el text que segueix, pretenem aproximar-nos teòricament al concepte d'organització virtual, centrant-nos en el nivell d'anàlisi grupal. Més que les seves característiques definidores, ens interessaran els processo que en aquest tipus d'organitzacions es donen a nivell grupal, a fi de prendre una decisió sobre si podem aplicar el coneixement derivat de l'estudi dels grups «cara a cara» als grups «en línia», que constitueixen les organitzacions virtuals. In this paper, we want to analyze the concept of virtual organizations and one of their analysis levels: the group. We are interested in finding differences and resemblances between traditional groups and virtual groups, in order to know whether we can apply the knowledge about traditional groups to this new kind of them.
