En el present treball s'analitzen diferents vies alternatives per tal de superar els problemes que actualment presenta la dicotomia de la propietat i el lloguer d'habitatge. En aquest sentit, ambdues formes de tinència immobiliària són insuficients per tal de garantir l'accés dels ciutadans a un habitatge digne, doncs es fa necessària la recerca de noves formes de tinença que permetin crear un autèntic tercer mercat de l'habitatge.
