Els estudis del fet sonor es mouen a cavall entre allò que és música i allò que no ho és. Quina posició ha de tenir l'investigador envers la categoria música, tan evident en la nostra cultura? En tenim prou a ampliar el camp d'observació? Aquest article exposa algunes consideracions sobre aquesta problematica a partir &observacions fetes en la cultura europea, i amb el contrast de cultures allunyades.
The researches of the sonorous fact are moving between what is music and what isn't music. What position must the researcher take up on the category of music? Which is so evident in our culture? This article shows some considerations on the problems starting with some observations made in the European culture and constrasting far away cultures.
