L'objectiu principal d'aquesta recerca ha estat analitzar quins factors incideixen en l'atorgament o denegació de les ordes de protecció en casos de violència de gènere a Catalunya, així com estudiar les argumentacions de les interlocutòries per tal de millorar el funcionament de l'ordre de protecció i la seguretat de les dones agredides i les filles i fills. El objetivo principal de esta investigación ha sido analizar qué factores inciden en el otorgamiento o denegación de las órdenes de protección en casos de violencia de género en Cataluña, así como estudiar las argumentaciones de los autos para mejorar el funcionamiento de la orden de protección y la seguridad de las mujeres agredidas y las hijas e hijos. The main objective of this investigation is to analyze which factors affect the granting or denial of protection orders in cases of gender-based violence in Catalonia, as well as studying the arguments of the judicial decrees to improve the functioning of the protection order and the safety of assaulted women, including their children.
