Based on the hypothesis that the systematic study of notarial protocol books, given their function and the nature of their legal content, offer an unbeatable perspective to know the society that produced them, a database was built that allows access to the content of 8,501 notarial acts signed in the 16th century; thus we can establish the what, when and how of each public deed, as well as the personal data and roles played by its 23,044 grantors. Partant de l'hypothèse que l'étude systématique des livres de protocole notarié, compte tenu de leur fonction et de la nature de leur contenu juridique, offre une perspective imbattable pour connaître la société qui les a produits, une base de données a été construite qui permet d'accéder au contenu de 8 501 entreprises signées au 16ème siècle, afin que nous puissions établir le quoi, quand et comment de chaque acte, et l'affiliation et les rôles joués par ses 23 044 constituants.
